📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical production processes.
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities and processes.
• Ensure all documentation, including batch records, production records, and quality control records, are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions to address any identified risks.
• Ensure that all staff are fully trained and competent in their roles, and provide ongoing training and support as needed.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or a related role.
• Certification as a Responsible Pharmacist (RPh) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using pharmaceutical production software and tools.
