As an HR Procedure Officer in Jakarta Barat, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR procedures that align with company policies and regulations. Your work will ensure compliance with labor laws, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to create standardized HR processes using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite. You will also conduct training sessions to educate employees on these procedures, ensuring everyone is well-informed and compliant. With 3-5 years of experience in HR procedures, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR procedures in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Create standardized HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on HR procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Provide support to the HR team in various HR-related tasks and projects.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR procedures, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Indonesian and English.
- Certification in HR procedures or a related field is a plus.
