📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create engaging videos, graphics, and social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
• Edit and optimize content to enhance visual appeal and engagement rates.
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven adjustments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation.
• Assist in the development of multimedia content for various projects and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
