In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for a variety of climate technology and sustainability projects, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for climate technology and sustainability projects.,Analyzing project requirements and specifications to determine the most cost-effective solutions.,Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that cost estimates are aligned with project goals and objectives.,Monitoring project progress and adjusting cost estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope, schedule, or budget.,Preparing and presenting cost estimates to clients and internal stakeholders, including the executive team.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities to improve project profitability.,Providing guidance and support to junior estimators and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the climate technology or sustainability industry.,Strong understanding of construction cost estimation principles, methods, and best practices.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices, regulations, and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
