Hotel Fitri Store is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Conduct audits and reviews of financial transactions.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
