PT Sumber Firdaus is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, as well as strong leadership and management skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing the best possible service to customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Passion for food and hospitality.
