📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage a specific geographic area, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of the area.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies.
  • Ensure that all employees in the area are properly trained and supported.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or operations role.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
