📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.,Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Perform nursing duties such as wound care, catheter care, and IV therapy.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., SNM, ANM).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
