📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain mill sorting equipment, including conveyors, vibrating screens, and magnetic separators.
• Inspect and sort palm kernel shells (PKS) to ensure only the highest quality material is processed further.
• Monitor and adjust sorting equipment parameters to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on sorting equipment, in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain and improve mill performance and product quality.
• Participate in shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Contribute to a positive and safe work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the palm oil industry, preferably in mill sorting operations.
• Knowledge of mill sorting equipment, including conveyors, vibrating screens, and magnetic separators.
• Understanding of palm oil processing and quality control principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, including shift work.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in the palm oil industry.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations, as needed.
