📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.,Oversee the design, analysis, and documentation of structural systems for various projects.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.,Conduct structural feasibility studies and provide technical advice.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure project integrity.,Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, IBC, ASCE).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
