📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead a team of accountants and ensure they meet their targets and deadlines.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Perform internal audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proven experience in managing a team of accountants.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
