📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and mentor junior technicians.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.,Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.,Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.,Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and Tetum languages.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
