📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Participate in product launches and promotional activities to drive sales growth.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Understanding of the local market and customer needs in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
