📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations, including kitchen staff, inventory, and food quality.,Develop and implement menu items that align with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage food costs and optimize inventory to maintain profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall management of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredient preparation.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
