📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and labor market conditions to ensure a competitive recruitment approach.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and providing updates on candidate progress.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to expand the talent pool.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
