WAVE Indonesia is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Maros. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Document IT processes and create user manuals and guides,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently
