📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
