GRC Analyst (Remote) - Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist

Join Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. as a GRC Analyst and play a pivotal role in maintaining the health and integrity of compliance programs across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Indonesia, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management excellence.

In this role, you will develop and implement compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and monitor regulatory changes. You will work closely with clients to ensure their operations align with industry standards and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to drive continuous improvement and innovation in compliance practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs tailored to client needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure clients remain compliant.
• Collaborate with clients to align their operations with industry standards.
• Utilize GRC tools such as SAP GRC, IBM GRC, or similar platforms.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous improvement of compliance processes.
• Provide training and support to clients on compliance best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with GRC software and tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
