The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Outlet Staff in managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking and merchandising.,Assist in inventory management and restocking products as needed.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Support the Outlet Staff in training and developing new team members.,Assist in promoting sales and special offers to customers.,Participate in store events and activities to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management and cash handling procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
