We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Barista to join our team at Zone Bay Indonesia in Dili. As a Deputy Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best coffee experience possible. You will work closely with our Head Barista to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Barista in preparing and brewing high-quality coffee and espresso drinks.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior staff on coffee preparation techniques and customer service.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the coffee shop.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Participate in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.,Assist in special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and technologies.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Proficiency in English and local language (Tetum or Indonesian).
