As a Business Unit Manager at Ulee Kareng Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 10-15 employees, and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Monitor and analyze sales data using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
• Work with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with coffee industry trends and best practices.
