📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, and pastries using standard recipes and techniques.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning production equipment and tools.
• Work efficiently in a team to meet daily production targets.
• Stay updated with new baking techniques and trends to improve product quality.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of baking ingredients.
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure consistency in product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in baking and food production.
• Familiarity with using baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new baking techniques and trends.
• Previous experience in a similar role at Erajaya or similar companies is a plus.
