📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials,Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production industry,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control,Familiarity with production software and tools,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
