PT Terang Putra is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Line Cook to join our team in Bantul. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and has a flair for creating delicious dishes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the head cook in preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head cook in preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of food supplies.,Help in maintaining food costs and quality standards.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Participate in kitchen operations and support during peak hours.,Assist in preparing and maintaining food presentation standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
