📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify passport application documents, ensuring compliance with government regulations.

• Maintain accurate records using SIMPEG and SIPP systems.
• Stay updated on changes in passport policies and procedures.

• Handle lost or damaged passport reports, initiating necessary actions for replacements.
• Ensure all passport services adhere to security and privacy standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in government or immigration services.
• Familiarity with SIMPEG and SIPP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations within Bangka Belitung.
• Valid Indonesian ID card and passport.
