📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and coffee quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the coffee or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
