📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all Indolakto facilities in Bali.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they are trained and equipped to handle any maintenance task.
• Oversee the maintenance of critical equipment and machinery, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols across all facilities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in maintenance and incorporate them into our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Predictive Maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
