📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Teach mental calculation techniques using the Sempoa method to children aged 5-12.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and educational goals.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor students' progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and engaging educational experience.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Promote the values and mission of Sempoa SIP dan Baca Tulis Anak to students, parents, and the community.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or working with children.
- Certification in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Sempoa mental calculation method and early literacy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
